At 6 Pitar Mos, in the business district of Bucharest, between P.ta Romana and P.ta Universitatii, restoration of an entire nine-story historic palace is currently underway. Once renovations are complete, the building will house the offices of various prestigious companies.

There are two separate staircases which allow access to the various floors. One of the staircases accesses all nine floors, whereas the second staircase accesses the main floors, from the ground floor to the sixth floor above ground. An elevator will be installed near each staircase.

On each above ground floor there will be two restrooms with five stalls per floor, for a total of 37 stalls.
